The world stopped to celebrate World Peace Day on September 21. Teleperformance employees across the U.S. joined the World Peace Day celebration, as more than 1,000 employees across 31 contact center sites nationwide, from Boise to Boca Raton, danced for peace in “flash mobs” in a display of collective solidarity.
Employees choreographed moves to “The Spark” by Benji Jackson. The flash mobs popped up in places such as parks and public squares over the lunch hour and inspired passersby with the message of unity and camaraderie on this special day.
The Teleperformance International Day of Peace flash mob celebrations were a part of the company’s Citizen of the World program, an initiative to foster charitable humanitarian efforts that benefit the world’s most vulnerable populations.
